"I had the pleasure of working with Amanda when she shot our daughter’s wedding rehearsal and wedding day this past June. The day before the outdoors wedding, a tropical storm came raging through Maryland. The water under the tent was a foot deep, the scheduled outside rehearsal was now indoors, the tent was going to have to be moved to the back yard the morning of the wedding ... and what about the mud??  Needless to say, there was plenty of opportunity for stress. Amanda’s low key, professional demeanor while taking rehearsal shots in tight quarters and at a fairly uncertain (aka stressful) time was just what we needed. 

Amanda’s unobtrusive gift with a camera is pretty remarkable; she took really special photos; unexpected close-ups, lovely not-so-formal photos of the bride and groom that are bridal magazine worthy (no lie!). The images she captured of their friends, our families, the setting, the food, dancing & drinks still make me cry.

All of this while being a real pleasure to have be a part of the day. Thank you Amanda!"
