“All I ever really want to know is how other people are making it through life—where do they put their body, hour by hour, and how do they cope inside of it.”

MIRANDA JULY

This part is pretty important, because believe it or not I am not just the Canon Mark IV I shoot with, but the woman who once spent six months living in a tent in the Hawaiian jungle, or the one most herself three states deep into i-80West, bound for canyons and sagebrush and anywhere. I am the friend you’d find on the kitchen floor sipping sweet wine, dreaming up retreats and roadtrips, head on your shoulder. I am here for it and here for it all; I am the friend people confide in because they know I hold space for the ugly and the raw and the real.
